Here’s a lovely Leonorian Working from the Compendium Ipsissima for you.
Among other things it works wonders to soothe tired people, and only takes a few, gentle minutes.
It’s the As Welcome version of “I Am Here”, and it can help you relax and re-centre yourself at any time of the day or night.
Performing it once is soothing and lovely, but for best effect and to place your Psychic Mind deeply within the Liminal try repeating it two or three times in a row.
Usually done as a Call and Response Ritual, when performing it alone, quietly ask yourself the questions on the exhale – out loud – then gently reply to yourself in a whisper on the inhale..
BEGIN:
Inhale.
Teacher: (Exhale) ”Who are you?”
Answer: (Inhale) ”I am Here.”
Teacher: ”What are you?”
Answer: ”I am Here.”
Teacher: ”When are you?”
Answer: ”I am Here.”
Teacher: ”Where are you?”
Answer: ”I am Here.”
Teacher: ”Why are you?”
Answer: ”I am Here.”
Teacher: “How are you?”
Reply: “I am Here”
Teacher: ”Time and Place?”
Reply: ”Nowhere, and Here.”
To repeat the Working, hold the Thought “Nowhere and Here” for one inhale/exhale cycle as you deeply Sense the Space around you, then begin from the top.
To finish, deeply Sense the Space around you, hold the Thought “Nowhere and Here” for one inhale/exhale cycle, inhale then exhale on the word “Here”, roll your shoulders, blink your eyes and come back.
And the Deed is Done.
If you’re doing it within a Ritual setting, finish with Cupped Hands Thanks, as usual.
Once you’re accustomed to the Working, simply asking “Time and Place?” and replying “Nowhere, and Here” a few times can be enough to trigger profound contact with the Liminal as well as deep relaxation depending on your need at the time.
